10th Annual Toast to the Children

Famed chef, Tom Colicchio, special guest MC Joe Kernan, of CNBC’s Squawk Box, and honoree, CIT Vice Chairman, Rick Wolfert, celebrated the 10th annual Toast to the Children with an evening of fine wine and food samplings from some of New York’s best restaurants.

WHY: Founded in 1949, Children of Bellevue is a nonprofit organization that funds special programs for pediatric patients at Bellevue Hospital Center and benefits some of the neediest children in New York City. Bellevue is the nation’s oldest public hospital and a member of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.
All proceeds from this event will help support programs that: ease pain, loneliness, and other difficult aspects of children’s hospitalization; help abused or neglected youngsters to cope, recover and heal; advance language development among children at risk of delay; and nurture children and adolescents hospitalized for psychiatric reasons.
